We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any party unrelated to insurance broker matching. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Lead Distribution Disclosure
By submitting a request on this site, you expressly acknowledge and consent to the following:
- Your personal information will be sent to licensed insurance brokers or agents in your province for the purpose of contacting you about insurance options;
- InsurancePriceHub.com receives a flat administrative referral fee from broker partners when a completed match is made — this fee is paid by the broker, not by you;
- You are under no obligation to purchase any insurance product from any broker who contacts you.
6. Data Retention Policy
Personal information submitted through request forms is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is securely deleted. Technical log data (IP addresses, session data) is retained for a maximum of 90 days. Broker applicant information is retained for up to 24 months for credential verification. We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
